    Next Gen Trading Academy was founded by Paul Hodge, a lifelong entrepreneur and full-time trader who turned his passion for the markets into a mission to educate others. The idea for the Academy began close to home — when Paul’s teenage daughter showed an interest in learning how the stock market worked. As he began teaching her the fundamentals of business, investing, and trading, he realized that most financial education programs skipped the most important step: understanding how companies and markets truly function before jumping into trading strategies.

    That experience became the foundation for Next Gen Trading Academy. What started as a father teaching his daughter evolved into a structured program designed to guide new traders through the same journey — from mastering the fundamentals to applying them in the real world. Students begin by learning the core principles of valuation, risk management, and market structure, then progress to modern AI-assisted workflows that combine data science, automation, and market intuition to build a lasting edge.
